Siimple does not offer refunds for domain purchases or renewals.
Domain names are purchasedfor a 1 year term.
The transfer of domain name ownership needs a processing period of 60 to 70 days.
Domain names are registered as a permanent binding web address in the global ICANN database and enforced for legal and technical reasons (to avoid confusion, broken links, and security issues). Siimple does not have control over this.
If you would like to stop your domain name from autorenewing for the next cycle, you can do that from your Siimple Dashboard by going to:
Domains > Manage Domains > Clicking the 3 dots under Options and selecting 'Cancel Renewal'.
